springtxbill Posted April 2, 2005 #2 Share Posted April 2, 2005 Rccl will press them for 1/2 the price of cleaning. The best thing is to get a folding garment bag that can be checked. If you put the clothes in the plastic cleaner bags, it will reduce the wrinkling. :)

We alway's check ours. Don't know what ship your on but on the Carnival ships we have been on they have an iron in the laundry room of each deck. We've never needed to use them though. Flutterbugs Posted April 5, 2005 #4 Share Posted April 5, 2005 I would check my garment bag. Many airplanes these days don't have a place to hang bags. Some of the older planes and usually the widebodies will have a place to hang bags, however, don't count on it. If there is a closet on the smaller planes (it's usually a very small one), it's used for the first class coats. ~Flutterbugs (former flight attendant)
celbercrz333 Posted April 8, 2005 #5 Share Posted April 8, 2005 pack your special clothes in a plastic bag (the kind you get from dry cleaning) and they won't wrinkle. I was given this idea here on these message boards, and darn if it didn't work! Also, Downy Wrinkle release was another idea I got here and I bought a smaller plastic spray bottle (like for perfume) and put it in that. If you do these two things, you might be able to avoid paying to have them pressed. -Jo
