Grand Cayman / Costa Maya

We are booked on the April 14, 2012 Disney Fantasy. Two of the ports are Grand Cayman & Costa Maya. However it appears that we are only docked at Grand Cayman from 10:30-4:00 and Costa Maya from 12:00 - 5:30. My DD really wants to swim with the dolphins. I feel that our best bet would be doing that in Costa Maya and sightseeing in GC. Any thoughts? We are also going to Cozumel, but we are doing the catamaran/snorkeling/beach break there.

You might want to research your questions on the Ports of Call - Caribbean board. Lots of info on these islands there. And just for clarification, you will not dock in Grand Cayman but rather will tender in.
