Provence Cruise - What local wines?

We leave in 2 weeks and want to buy local wines in the towns to drink on the ship. Not too expensive - less than $20.

 

What do you suggest? Any local sparkling wines?

The rhone region isn't really known for sparkly wines but you could look for wines with the saint peray appellation. Remember also that you will be doing wine tasting along the way and can buy some very nice wines at the wineries.

 

We did the cruise in july and really developed a liking for the rose wines.
