Anyone else having trouble redeeming FCV certificate on line. Everytime the page loads there is an Error on Page message and the thing won't go through when I hit the submit button.

And, (breathe) if the ship you are on does not have a place to sell certificates, call CCL within 30 days of sailing and you can buy one direct.

 

They are still available under above situation. Sorry to differ but the certificates are not available for purchase when currently on board Imagination, Paradise, Sensation, or Victory. For this reason, if you call CCL within 30 days of sailing on these ships when you return, you can purchase certificate direct when sailing on these ships.

 

This has been re-confirmed.

 

I'd be interested in how this has been re-confirmed (phone number or web if you have it) since I sailed on both the Victory and the Sensation this year and was told absolutely they are NOT available for purchase any longer afterwards for these ships. Truly, I tried after both sailings and was told they had discontinued that option for those ships.

 

So, if you have the proper info, I would really appreciate it if you shared the specifics.
