Blue Lagoon Dolphin Swim and Beach Break

We are a family of 3. I would like two of us to do the Dolphin Swim through Royal Caribbean (can't book it on your own). If I just want to watch, would I book the Blue Lagoon Beach Break?

 

Do they take both groups together so I would stay with my family?

Would they let me in the area to video them swimming with the dolphins.

If I remember correctly, there is an option of booking an "observer" excursion for Blue Lagoon....
