Mid-cruise Land Adventure - Angkor Wat

We are booked on cruise #3231 in October 2012 and we are contemplating this mid-cruise side trip. Has any cc member done a similar trip? The cost is not yet posted - what is that likely to be?

Did a private pre cruise earlier this year. Cambodia, and particularly Siem Reap were amazing.
