Villefrance to Monte Carlo by bus please help

Last time we visited the lovely port of Villefrance we walked up a v.steep hill and caught the local bus to Nice for a few euros. We will call into this port again next month and would like to catch a bus to Monte Carlo if possible.

 

Please could you tell me if there are any buses which pick up near the harbour rather than having to climb the hill, my mobilty isn't so good these days.

The sad answer is no. Actually, the bus you took to Nice (most likely the #100 bus) is the same bus line that goes to Monte Carlo (but you need to catch the ones going in the opposite direction towards MC).
