Viewing reservation online?

I am deposited but my reservation is not showing up online. Do you have to be paid in full, I guess? If so, that seems kind of dumb. Viewing the reservation adds to the anticipation! ;)

If you have an account, you should be able to log into My NCL and see all of your reservations. If you don't have an account, create one and open it with your latitudes number. You do not have to be paid in full. As soon as you make a reservation it should be out there. Did you do it through NCL or a TA. If a TA, it won't show up until they book. Do you have a reservation number?

If you create an account online and still can't see your reservation then just call NCL support and they'll link your reservation to your account.

create your account and then put in your reservation number in the box that asks for it - then you should see it. Or wait until the computers update and you should see it.

Thanks - I'm a Latitudes member and made the booking while I was logged in to my account, which is why I thought this was strange.

 

If it's not showing up tomorrow, I'll call NCL.

Updated to say, I created a "new account" for my husband and the reservation is showing up. I guess since we haven't cruised NCL since 2007, my account must have gone stagnant.
