I think she has every right to get her dietary food well handled on board regardless which cruise lines are. Don't give up!! Make NCL proud of their customer service.

I too am in agreement with bringing it on board and have it prepared in the Buffet. After the first day it'll be second nature . Shore side help is non existent , its the people working on the ship that make the world go round ;)

my advise would be to attend the Meet and Greet on your ship, talk to the Hotel Director and the Food and Beverage Manager and I bet they will make sure your wife gets the assistance she neeeds for her food preparation. Let us know how you make out and enjoy your voyage.:)

Best idea yet. Plus you get to know other folks, etc. Or just call 8888 the first day (I think it's the same on all ships, dunno for sure but you can find out) and tell the HD your situation AND that you are with Cruise Critic!
