Missing Reservation

When does Royal update their web site? Is it Saturday night? I went to log in and check on excursions for our up coming trip and noticed my reservation is gone and I get that little message that I have no reservation and to check back later is another one I get when I go to reenter the reservation number.

I have read that this has happend to others before and I thought it had something to do with updating their site. I just never experienced it before. Am I correct?
