tropicalkerry2002 Posted October 23, 2011 #1 Share Posted October 23, 2011 We finish our cruise in Rio, where we stay on for an extra day. I have been trying to find out if I need an adaptor for Rio. When I google, it seems I would, so I went and looked at CAA(AAA), but the adaptor says N/S America on it, and it looks just like a regular plug. Can anyone who has been to Rio tell me their experience? Is it likely the hotel would have them to loan to guests? Thanks. Marian

Marian The N.American two flat-prong plugs will fit most outlets while in some homes or older establishments you will need the two round-pronged adapters.
