What to do with two 10 month old babies?

To be honest wife and I were here before and it wasn't one of our favorite places. We rented a golf cart and toured the island and stopped at one of the beaches. Now that we are looking at another cruise for 2012 this is one of the stops again which we are not crazy about but it is just because there is nothing really to do outside of lounge on beach or snorkel, etc in water.

My suggestion would be to rent a cabana at Margaritaville. We're travelling there with our 5 y.o. DD in April and have booked a cabana. You can use that as a home base and go out to the pool or the beach and you can order food and drinks to be delivered to your cabana. It's an easy, relaxing way to spend a day.
