Karaoke on Statendam?

My DH and I will be on the Statendam's 14-day Panama Canal cruise leaving November 11th from Ft. Lauderdale. One of my very favorite things to do on a cruise is karaoke. It's been a few years since I've cruised on HAL, and it seems to me they didn't offer much (if any) karaoke last time. Has it changed? Any of you cruised on the Statendam recently that can help me out here? Also, how was the selection? Sometimes we can bring our own CDGs....is that possible? Help :D

Last year, we sailed on the Eurodam and the Ryndam. Both cruises had karaoke. I don't know if you can take your own CDGs.
