has been that the cabins have been ready at 12 noon when folks begin to board! You Might be able to go right to your cabin to drop your bags!

Most have a carry on because it contains the things they don't want to lose control of. When you leave it after you board, it goes into an area that everyone else has access to also. I would never leave my "stuff" unattended. We carry it around the ship with us until the rooms are ready. Our experience is most times the rooms are not ready until about 2, rarely before 1:30. If your a late boarder, your room will probably be ready when you board.
