How far in advance does Holland American send out travel documents prior to travel I trying to make arrangements for stayovers and need hotel and air arrangements.

They usually go out 4-6 weeks in advance unless you purchase air through HAL. Then it's just a couple of weeks out. We received our docs for our May 10th sailing just last Friday ... just over 5 weeks beforehand. It appears from your post that you are looking for hotel and air arrangements from HAL. So what other stayover requirements do you need to arrange?

Last Aug we got ours 4 weeks out, but I too am confused. What other arrangements are you needing to make ????:)

Thanks, I am waiting for flight times and hotels to arrange some pre-cruise tours.

i booked my cruise last thursday, made my own flight arrangements on friday and today booked my hotel for 1 :) night. all necessary arrangments are done, now its just biding time till the cruise in november......:) :) :)
