Staying in FLL before 30 Dec and looking for something to do?

We just finished a 12 day cruise from Quebec to FLL and planned to stay in FLL a day after the cruise.

 

Unfortunately Mrs bjkTX got sick the last night on the ship, so all our plans for FLL turned into spending (for her) a day in bed - thanks to the Westin Diplomat for agreeing to let us check in at 10am instead of 3pm! From what little I saw of it the Diplomat looked like a great hotel!

 

I bought a TravelZoo offer several months ago that includes 2 tickets on the Water Taxi that tours the area (on and off possible at any stop) and lasts about 3 hours. You start at the Hyatt Pier 66 with free parking and includes lunch (11am to 4pm) for 2 at the Pelican Landing there at the Hyatt. Truffles from a local company are also included.

 

The offer expires 30 Dec and I just want someone to be able to use it since we couldn't.
