Macconeill Posted November 22, 2011 #26 Share Posted November 22, 2011 How do we book with Bernard in St. Martin? Is it a carnival tour that we can find on their website?

Willbcruisin Posted November 22, 2011 #28 Share Posted November 22, 2011 Great review! Thanks for the dining info as we have anytime dining as well and wondered which dining room ATD was in. Love CCL dining. Sounds like a great ship and we can't wait to sail on her into the new year! We are also touring with Bernard, this will be our fifth time. bernardstours.com SO excited as we sail in 40 days! Thanks again and happy sailing! Cruis'in Mom Posted November 22, 2011 #29 Share Posted November 22, 2011 We just got off the Dream on Saturday and we LOVED this ship. We were on deck 1 and never experienced any bad smells. We had great service...the best I have ever had on Carnival (this was my 10th cruise on Carnival). The food was great in dining room and only so so in The Gathering. The pasta bar, sushi bar, sandwich bar, burrito bar etc. we're all great. The ship was so full of things to do we never got bored. We missed the port of Roatan which was such a bummer because we love that port, but we received an additional sea day. The day we went to Costa Maya it poured rain until noon and then got sunny but we already had returned to the ship, bummer cause I really was craving a piña colada after missing Roatan! The carpeting was a little worn in spots, especially on deck 1 and our room had a weak spot in the floor that sunk in and creaked when we stepped on it but the room was very large and spacious. Our waiter (Marco) was amazing and I would request him again if we sail on the Dream and he is still there! I didn't play in the casino but my MIL did and she frequents our MN casino's. She also said that the machines were TIGHT! The shows were great and I agree, DON'T miss Fun Force. We booked ourselves on the Liberty for February. I can't wait to see the upgrades. I will miss the Dream!
sms30519 Posted November 29, 2011 #30 Share Posted November 29, 2011 Hi Dianne, Thanks for the review. Did you have assigned dining or did you do "your time"? I have heard conflicting reports about wait time for your time dining. Any info on this would be appreciated. Thanks, Pam
