Eastern Caribbean/Bermuda-which one to bring DD along?

We just returned from our first cruise ever, a 3 night stay on the Disney Dream. It was just fantastic and we see now why people get hooked on cruising.

We would like to start cruising at least once a year. We all enjoyed DCL , but DH and I woud like to take an adults only cruise in 2012 and then take DD7 along in 2013.

I am torn on which itinerary to pick for the family and which for adults only. I was sure the Eastern would be more family friendly but now I think DD would like Bermuda more since it would be more beach time, plus she hates flying and coud avoid flying if we leave from New York.

DH is very active and would love excursions that include snorkeling, zip lines, jet skis, and dolphin deep water swims but DD is too young for all of that. Maybe the Eastern would be good for us?

Here are a few things I am choosing between:

2012-

NCL or RCCL-Adults only to Bermuda

2013

DCL Fantasy to Eastern Caribbean (maybe RCCL Allure) Family

or

2012

RCCL FOS or Allure Eastern-Adults only

2013

NCL Bermuda- Family trip

Thanks for any info or tips. I have so much to learn and have been spending all of my overnight shifts cruising this boards. Love them!
