Why don't Princess do something about their phone system! I so hate ringing them because it takes ages - 20 minutes is not uncommon - other companies seem to be able to answer their phone in a timely manner

I've called Princess several times but I think the longest I've ever had to wait was 5 mins! Maybe you just called at a busy time?

If you are trying to book a cruise through them then it is bad indeed.

If you are trying to enquire re info for a cruise you have booked through a t/a then you must call them, not Princess.

Then again quite often you will get different answers from both sources!

On our recent cruise we noitced that Princess are really penny pinching so this may also apply to their shore csr's as well?
