Anyone have solid info on Dream in Houston

I have read,both on these boards,and in a cruise industry news article,of the Dream replacing the Sea,sometime spring 05.
Does anyone else know this to be fact.IF so,when?
NCL still shows the Sea in Houston,and Dream on her schedule.
I would like to look into booking her out of Houston.If anyone knows when the change may appear,I would appreciate hearing from you.
