Can someone tell me where abouts the Allure's coin is?

Ho! - Do you mean the lucky coins that are put into the hull by the builders and then added to by the new captain and crew before construction is completed?

 

If your answer is yes, then the coins are on Deck 14, Forward, between the viewing wings, right below the bridge. It is locked off by a gate, but you can get within 3 feet, just enough for a picture.
