Houston Hotel with Free Parking?

Hi - I'm looking for a Hotel in the Houston area where I can spend the night before the cruise. I would also like to find a place that will let us park free while on the cruise. Any suggestions?

We cruised the Sea at end of Jan.
Stayed at the Best Western in LaPorte for two nights prior to sailing.
We picked the BW after seeing a recommendation on another board. Fairly decent place to stay. About $125US for the two nights. Free continental breakfasts. Close to terminal and just across the highway from a shopping area with a number of restaurants.
The recommendation said the hotel offers free parking for cruising guests. We didn't ask about the service but it might be worth a try.
The hotel is in a pretty decent area and has a large and well lit parking area so might be ok.

One other Hotel in the area is The Kemah Boardwalk INN www.kemahboardwalk.com
It is very nice, and in a great fun place. It is not cheap, but it is well worth the added fun.
The Boardwalk is worth visiting even if you do not stay there.
Just go south on 146,from LaPorte, its about 13 miles, across the bridge from Seabrook.
