speciality restaurants on oasis

we have never ate at one of these restaurants..we are not picky eaters..if i don't have to cook it I am pretty much happy..but we are going on cruise with another couple and thinking of treating them to a specialty restaurant..my question is there somewhere where I can see the different menues and what is the added cost..is it dif. for each rest...thanks for any help
