Yoga and Pilates?

I see in the Celebrity Todays that have been posted that yoga and pilates classes are available, but at a cost. What are the fees associated with these classes and are they worth it? How long are the classes? My wife loves the yoga and pilates classes held at her gym and wants to keep fit during her cruise!

The yoga classes were $12 on our last cruise and lasted about 45 minutes. They are usually scheduled at 8 or 9 AM.
