Best beach with lots of children

We have ages 1-15 what beach along 7 mile best? Need family oriented not adult only type of beach? I guess I should saw hotel most geared to families? Are all free to enter & pay for food/drinks/chairs etc? Can you just lay on baech with towels?

The section of Seven Mile Beach known as Public Beach would be a good choice. There is a beach-side playground, rest rooms, picnic tables and a bar/restaurant (Calico Jacks) nearby. 10 minute taxi or bus ride.

No need to pay a hotel to use a beach. All public access points have rentals, restrooms and restaurant/bars....

The only beach access points with rentals, restrooms, restaurants and water sports rentals are the beach clubs of Royal Palms, Tiki Beach and Public/Seagrape Beach (all private operations). No fee to enter at any of them, but chairs are for rent.

 

There are many public access points, but most are just right-of-ways to the beach or public sections of beach with few or no amenities. The "public" section of Public Beach which borders Seagrape and the West Bay Public Beach and Dock do have some amenities like tables and restrooms.

Sometimes Calico Jacks is not the most wholesome of a spot for children.

we did royal palms, there were lots of kids there but the pool there is adults only
