Dining Question

Do they offer ATD on all ships now?

Ive always just chosen the early dining but definitely plan to try this on our next cruise.

If you haven't already booked you may be out of luck. It fills up quickly and platinum do get their choice of dining assignment.

If you have opted for early or late seating in the MDR, could you still use Your Time Dining if you couldn't make your set dining time on a night or two?

Agree with most posts--I've seen them turn folks away trying to dine outside their time. We do anytime and like that option--works best for us so I'm not rushing DW to make a certain time. Anything to keep the peace in the family :-)

We are waitlisted for 6:00 pm dining. What happens if we don't get off of the waiting list? Can we then go to the "your time dining" room? Or are we stuck with the buffet for the whole cruise?

About 2 weeks before your sail date, the Maitre d' will figure out the seating. Platinum gets 1st priority. Most everyone else is waitlisted. Don't worry, you will get a dining time. If it turns out that you get late dining, go to the Maitre d' on embarkation day (usually around 1) to see if you can get your time changed.

When you signed up for the cruise, you were given the option of Early, Late or Your Time Dining. YTD is just another dining room time option.

Sometimes the food up in the Buffet is better than the food in the MDR. Also some of the same entrees and appetizers are also at the buffet.
