Where is the water fountain??

We booked a flavors of PR tour which will meet at the water fountain at Plaza de Armas (corner Calle San Francisco and Calle San Jose). We are wondering if this is close enough to the pier to walk or is a taxi or bus required?

It's easily walkable. Old San Juan is truly not a large place, it's easy to walk almost anywhere.

The free trolley goes there. The trolley stops are on some of the maps. Not sure which one of the maps is online, but if you google san juan trolley map you should find one.

It's a few blocks away- slightly uphill. I've walked it many times and I'm not terribly athletic. I think it shouldn't be too difficult- maybe 15 minutes away.
