transportation from Fll pier to Miami hotel

what would be the best way to get from the Fort Lauderdale pier to a hotel in miami, really do not want to rent a car, driving in Miami is crazy!!!

We take a taxi, about $80. Takes about 35-45 minutes depending on traffic. It's probably more expensive than say Super Shuttle, but the porter takes you right from the terminal to the taxi and off you go.
