When iks the best time to buy an internet package?

I buy an Internet package during every cruise and it reallydoesnt matter when you buy it because they are always "running a sale". I will tell you that I buy the package for business purposes and it is truly worse than dial-up.

I would never use it for anything but checking my email or quick FB. It's so dang slow it's frustrating.

 

make sure to respond to all of your email offline. Then login and wait the 6 minutes it takes to login and send it.

 

As usual if you have a major issue and want to email as you are staring at Roatan off the balcony and trying to respond its a lost cause.

 

Home work or real work.....haha...especially now that mostly in the cloud. Great idea at home or office.

 

Logout if you don't go to logout.com or whatever it is you get charged until you do.

Found our Sign and Sail statement and there is absolutely no $3.95 charge - so if you want to avoid it - sail on Conquest!

 

There was also "only" a $2.99/minute charge to use the ship phone to call home.

 

Pretty sure I wasn't charged on Magic, either.

Unfortunately its home port doesnt work for. Darn it would have saved me $ 3.95 too.
