Best place to meet with group on Palm Beach

A fairly large group of us will be meeting at Palm Beach to spend the day. We will be arriving at different times (for the most part) so we need a place that will be easy to find and will accomodate our group (about 30-40 people). Some will be arriving via taxi and some by public bus.

 

Any recommendations?
