RCCL for a foreign language kid

Hi! We are a familiy of four adults and one 10 year old girl planning a cruise on the Navigator of the Seas in the Med this summer. We are from Denmark and my 10 year old niece has only had English for a year at school. She may start out a bit reserved but quickly warms up and is quite outgooing (don't tell her I said that ;)). Her native language is Danish.

Now to my question? Does anyone on CC know how non-English speaking kids are doing in the kids program? How are the staff equipped to handle a kid who might not be fluent in English?

Thanks for your input :)
