I Booked a tour through them about 10 days ago by email. Got a generic email back saying they will contact me very soon with details. Have never heard back from them. To those who have used them is this normal or should I try and contact them. Just want to make sure I have my excursion booked. Thanks, Doug

Did you book with Grand Cayman Cruise Excursions? thats how we booked the Buccaneer Catamaran with Capt Bryan, we got our reservation within hours

I booked straight through capt. bryans website. I emailed them all my info and they said they would get back with me. Guess I need to contact them again, like I said it has been about 10 days.

Their offices may be closed for the holidays...lots of stores and businesses in Cayman seem to be on shortened hours or closed entirely until January 3rd. I wouldn't worry too much if you don't hear from them until after that date...
