Best Way to get to Screws Spa?

Hi,

We have been to Dominica before. We only want to go to Screws Spa this time. What would be the best way to arrange this....a taxi at the pier or would a tour operator offer this as an option? It seems that most of the tours offered are for several hours and also in include stops like the Falls or Titou Gorge, Emerald Pool, Champagne Snorkeling, etc. Thanks!
