copy of folio online?

Got off the Crown on 12-24 and discovered that one of my party left their final charges folio on board. I have looked on my personalizer and searched this forum but haven't discovered a way to access the folio from home. So I contacted Princess customer service but have not heard anything back. Any suggestions?

BTW, despite the noro and the rough seas on our cruise, the ship looked great, the service was great, and with FCCs in hand I am planning my next Princess cruise!

No. The folio is not online either on the ship or accessible from anywhere else. You need to contact Princess for a copy. FYI, they are closed today.
