so i got ? last year was my first ever cruise.. went with the flow did not ask for much.

BUT if you ask in the MDR can you get like A1 melted butter ect.

STUPID ? IKNOW... BUT WONT KNOW TILL I ASK.

They will bring you pretty much anything you request.

The waiters lately have been so busy, they had a hard time getting us in and out in 2 hours. I am afraid to ask for anything other than please take my order already.

I haven't been so fortunate. I've asked for BBQ sauce twice now for the grilled chicken and both times have been unsuccessful. I've been told they don't have any BBQ sauce!

If you ask for the same thing every day have a better chance of getting it.

 

For example used to have iced tea every night so would ask for plate of lemons each night.

On the Sensation, I always received my glass of milk and coffee every night without asking after the 1st night.

I wanted a 2nd glass of milk when I ordered dessert, and he forgot.

When I mentioned it to him, he apologized but like I told him, I was a waitress myself and forgot things occasionally. I jokingly told him 'Just bring two glasses tomorrow to make up for it'.

Lo and Behold, there were two glasses of milk beside my plate when I sat down.

We all had a good laugh at that one.

If you don't ask, there's never an answer. So go for it! Like previous posters said, they will bring pretty much anything you ask for, unless they don't have it.
