Jewel or Pearl out of Miami Fall/Winter?

NCL's website says the Pearl will sail out of NYC while the Jewel will sail out of Miami in Fall/Winter 2012. However, the chartered cruises for Blake Shelton and KISS both state that they'll sail on the Pearl out of Miami during that time frame.

 

How is this possible? Am I missing something?

There was a somewhat lengthy discussion about this last week. Not being on my radar, I gazed through it but don't remember what the final answer was. But if you do a search I'm sure you'll find it quickly.,
