Shore excursion reccomendations for Belize 3 and 5 year old

Anyone have any shore excursion recommendations or excursion company's to suggest for Belize?

 

Is it easy to get to a beach once you tender in? If so, how do we do that and what beach?

My family is from Belize and I do not believe there is a beach close to the pier. Not sure how long you will be there for, but you could take a "commuter" boat to one of the islands and go to the beach there. Or you can take a taxi to "old belize". Last went, it was pretty clean. There is website you can visit called oldbelizedotcom.

 

I have also been to the belize zoo numerous times.
