Is there a way to tell a real from a fake? I found this website...it has GREAT prices. But if I were to order one ....how would I know for sure it is authentic?

I just clicked on it myself, and noticed that there aren't any LV's on there now!!??!!

 

The only place I would buy one is at the LV boutique... that way I ensure its authetic... most others are knockoff's (if it looks to good to be true its because it probably is).

I agree - the only way to know for sure if you're buying an authentic bag is to buy it from the boutique, or a department store like Bloomingdales or Saks Fith Ave.

The vendors are very close to the pier. My dd was looking at some of the purses and when she picked up a few to look closer the quality wasn't very good. Some of them were rusty, and one of them actually started to fall apart in her hands. So we left pretty quickly after that.

if you are on an eastern carribean cruise and are going to Nassau there

is a great Purse store downtown, they sell the best LV knockoffs. Mine

is so good, you can't tell the difference.

Can't recommend a good place to buy one...other than NYC...but I have seen some very good replicas. But, wouldn't ya rather have the real thing!?!;)
