Extended Stay America on 17th

I have read great reviews about this hotel on Trip Advisor but it never comes up on CC.

Any ideas why not, anyone?

I've no idea, but it's where I always stay pre-cruise. It's not four star but it's perfectly satisfactory, particularly since I like to have the option of making my own meals.

it's probably fine, but as a rule, Extended Stay America hotels are a little too no frills for me....

 

i've stayed in a couple out of necessity...and the ones i stayed in didn't even have tissues nor shampoo to give to guests...had to run out to buy it.. (one time my stay wasn't planned so i had to go buy stuff, our power went off and everything else by me was full...another time, another hotel and i hoped they'd gotten this stuff, but nope!)

 

you'll probably be fine.....it's in a good location just not a hotel that anyone really ever chooses..

OK, you don't get much more than soap provided but there's a dollar store across the road if you need something. The hotel is clean, and convenient to the port, and is usually significantly cheaper than others nearby - I don't want to pay more for a hotel so that I can have amenities that I won't use.

Thanks. We get in the afternoon before the next day's cruise. We like the restaurants in the area. So this is perfect.
