Credit Cards with Carnival Perks?

Can someone please enlighten me regarding obtaining a credit card that will offer CCL perks?

I saw "Sea Miles" credit cards and "Carnival Master Cards" when I did a google search but am not sure which one, if any, is worth signing up for to either get discounts or onboard credit.

I have the Carnival Mastercard which originally rewarded with SeaMiles, now they are calling them Fun Points. I have had it for nearly 8 years now and am thinking of changing to a Chase, Capitol One or something with rewards used for anything.

I am not too happy with my Carnival Mastercard. Takes too long to accumulate enough points for anything worthwhile.

We have a Capital One MasterCard and redeem the accumulated miles for airfare to the ports. Makes cruising more affordable for us.

I have a Carnivall MC but I only use it for cruises, get double points and after each cruise is over, I use the points for a statement credit with the points I have accumulated instead of saving them up to pay for a cruise
