Empress Deck on Destiny

On the suggestion of our Travel Agent we selected the Empress Deck, balcony stateroom. Was this a good choice?

On the suggestion of our Travel Agent we selected the Empress Deck, balcony stateroom. Was this a good choice?

 

The reason it's alway a great choice is that you have nothing but passenger cabins above and below you.

Empress deck would be our first choice for the reason stated by kroozers as well as the fact that it's convenient to the promenade deck two decks down and the lido two decks up. Our second choice would be a Lido deck balcony because cabins are also above and below but extremely convenient to the open decks and buffet which is great on sea days.

It is also the deck where all the suites are placed so fewer cabins so less traffic.
