Karaoke, Piano Bar, or evening entertainment on Disney?

Looking at some samples of the daily schedules, it appears that Disney only has Karaoke for one night for about 2 hours. Is this the case or does it take place every night? I enjoy attending karaoke, as I am not much of a dance club person. Also, is there a lounge similar to Carnival's piano bar at all? This is my first Disney cruise, and although I am not an all night party person, I like to attend a couple of activities after the main shows. Reading the schedules, it doesn't seem like there is too much, but then again, I have only seen a few, so I could be missing stuff.

There are a number of bars and lounges on the Dream that are open in the evening--at least five are adult only, and at least one of those offers entertainment in the evening.
