Tour operator who can accommodate car seat need

Hi,

We will be stopping in Dominica on our cruise and need to find a tour guide who has either a top tether anchor and lap belt OR a non-motorized lap and shoulder belt. We use a travel vest car seat (http://www.safetrafficsystem.com/) and those are the requirements. Has anyone used a tour guide there who had these things?
