Gem/Jewel Pool Depth?

Hi All,

 

We went on the Jewel last year and found the non adult pool to be pretty deep. I couldn't touch the bottom and keep my head above water. It made playing in the pool with the kids pretty hard and eventually I gave up.

 

Did anyone else experience this or does anyone know if the Gem's pool is the same depth?

Yes, the Gem's pools were both pretty deep, most people couldn't stand up in it.

These are swimming pools, after all. I guess range from 5' (very small section) to 8') Have to be that way since people insist in diving in to them, now matter what the signs say.

I remember on the Jewel the only spot I could stand and be above water was the steps going into the pool. I don't know why they need them that deep.
