Brochure discrepancies

Hi, looking at the P and O brochure I was confused to see the butler listed in all the ships in suites is optional but inclusive, however in the Ventura description it just lists butler, does this mean he is neither optional or inclusive.

I have visions of a butler staging a sit-in in the suite :eek:
