? about Discover Mexico Park shore excursion

We will be in Cozumel from 1-9pm . Would like to hear good and bad from anyone who has done this or has visited the park.Thinking of just doing on our own and then heading to a close beach for a quick visit before sundown.

Is this a quick taxi ride or walk?

We did the Discover Mexico Park tour last April because my mom was using a wheelchair. It was the worse excursion ever, but because of that we have the best memories. A guide takes you in a circle around miniature replicas of Mayan towns and ruins. So weird, but still get a chuckle thinking about it.

To me, it was fabulous. Gone 2 times. If you like Mayan ruins (very large miniature replicas) it is wonderful.

You can go to Chankanaab Park on your own for half the price of the cruise toursl

Get a cab or van to take you......+/_ 5.oo pp.......pay for the entrance to the

park 20.00?? spend the day relaxing at the beach..........looking at the ruin

replicas.........snorkel.......restaurants.........beach changing room with showers......
