I got the initial response that said it could take 7-10 days...and nothing since. I checked my online account and there is no change on what we owe so I know they haven't applied any discount there (we are still before final payment). What do I do? How long do I give it? Thanks Did you take a print screen/snapshot of the page on their website showing the lower price? That is a good thing to do as it gives you proof, in case they change it. Alliezona09 Posted January 24, 2012 #7 Share Posted January 24, 2012 I sent in the form on Jan 3 and had heard nothing back on Jan 9~ I know only 4 business days (6 days) but the price & cabins had since disappeared and I hadn't taken a screen shot because I was driving at the time I sent it in~ so I resent the form on Jan 9 and I heard back from them the next day~ got the price reduction!
