I can't find past cruises or anything else, it keeps going to customer support. What gives.

 

 

I couldn't log in yesterday, but was able to earlier today. Seems to be an ongoing issue with their website. Most of the time I'm known as "Clifford Koehnlein." I even had to print a saving certificate for an upcoming cruise and Clifford's name was on the certificate, but it did have my husbands C&A number. Weird.

 

Clifford better not get my C&A points:D

I have a stranger example.

 

Firstly, they have finally update my C & A status! Great! Then I print out the C & A certificates, then I look at the member sailings. Now, here is the fun part...I try to access the itinerary and the pricing for the member sailing, it is nowhere to be found on RCCL website! Huh? What gives?

 

It seems they fix one problem and another one crops up.
