Cruise Price Jump

I booked an aft balcony on the Glory 2 weeks ago for a NE/Canada cruise in Sept. 2012. This casino rate was available for about 2 more weeks. The cruise fare has jumped about $200pp in the last 2 days. Is this normal? This is quite a large jump from my fare. I don't believe I spent a lot in the casino b/c our last cruise was to Bermuda and the casino was closed the whole time we were in Bermuda. I certainly am happy about my rate, but was wondering if this was unusual. Any thoughts?

I check my prices daily, as it is hard to understand the price logic, and I book early saver, so I can always get the lower rate. As far as RCCL goes we are sailing in march on the Mariner. I paid $1810 when I booked. Today it is $4021
