Dollar or Budget in Kauai

I am renting a convertable for our day in Kauai in June. Dollar and Budget both have the best price with the company I use and there is only a $3.00 difference. Should I go with one company over the other? Dollar says location is off terminal and budget says terminal. Which one should I do - any opinions?
